Paunece Scull
Paunece “Neecie” Scull practices civil, criminal, administrative and appellate law in the Florida Keys. Before entering private practice, Mrs. Scull served as a Prosecutor, a General Magistrate and an Assistant County Attorney in the Florida Keys. Neecie has litigated hundreds of cases.
Mrs. Scull has handled every type of case from county code violations to serious felony criminal prosecutions. Neecie has experience in the family law courts, as she served as a general magistrate in Monroe County managing the family court docket. Mrs. Scull was twice certified by the local Judicial Nominating Committee to the Governor’s office for consideration for appointment to the 16th Judicial Circuit County Court.
Mrs. Scull graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2004. She practiced bankruptcy law in Tampa, Florida prior to moving to the Florida Keys in 2007. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida, where she dual majored in psychology and criminology.
